The Beginning of our Story
It all began as a favor, where I offered to help some friends distribute for their new mobile cannabis-infused edible business. That’s when the concept of Nikk’s Lit Kit was born. Combining my outgoing personality with my creativity and a network of friends who love to indulge; in February 2020, Nikk's Lit Kit came to life. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of distributing, the COVID-19 Pandemic plagued the nation, and everyone was forced to stay home. As a result, the cannabis delivery business began to soar, leading to a growing interest in cannabis-friendly rentals and intimate event spaces for gatherings.
I think I'm on to something
After about a year of spreading light and love one person, one party, one delivery at a time, I realized I needed a space to bring the wonderful people I was meeting together—like a hotel lobby meets a living room. Thus, the concept of the Luv Happii House, a cannabis-friendly rental and intimate event space, was born. In 2021, I attempted to purchase the perfect property for this vision; however, it was more than I could manage at the time. Finally, in 2023, after mental, spiritual, and financial preparation, I stepped out on faith and transformed my first home and then rental condo into the first Luv Happii House.
Hosting our first Airbnb guests in September 2023, the Luv Happii House is a serene space, cultivated in light and love with vintage and dopamine decor. It can be rented on a short-term rental basis through Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, or directly as an intimate private event space. Overall, the Luv Happii House is a place where all cannabis enthusiasts can gather and enjoy good food, good music, and good company.
It is also the home of Nikk’s Lit Kit, 'A Sophisticated Trap House.'
