The Space
Nightly accommodation for small groups & individuals in a 420 zen environment surrounded by boho chic decor and clean areas. The Luv Happii House was newly renovated in 2023. Guests will have exclusive access to our 2 story townhouse. If possible, we ask guests to limit smoking to the smoking room on the 2nd floor.

Please note
The unit is in a building with 3 neighbors, be mindful of noise and traffic to keep others out of our business. There are 2 parking spaces (garage and driveway) and free parking in the parking lot around the corner.
Sleeping in addition to the bedrooms are sofa sleepers & air mattress.
House Rules
Check-in after 2:00 pm
Checkout before 11:00 am
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and are subject to a $75 fee. Before you leave, please lock up the house.
- There is a 5 -guest maximum.
- Quiet hours 10:00 pm-7:00 am
- Please do not hang or tape on walls.
- Put All trash in trash bags in the garage.
- Smoking (cannabis only) is allowed
The maximum overnight occupancy for the rental is 5 people at all times and all guests must be included in your number of guests upon booking. This is for liability purposes.
If additional experiences such as infused brunch/dinner are reserved, additional guests may be added, however, they will have to leave before 11 pm.
